How fluid democracy works here
Vote directly — you read the proposal, you vote yes or no. Your voice counts as one vote.
Delegate — you trust someone on this topic more than yourself. Give them your vote. If 5 people delegate to Ana on housing, Ana's vote counts as 6 (hers + 5). You can take it back anytime.
Propose — anyone can put an idea forward. It needs a clear title, a description, and a deadline. The neighborhood decides.
